The J2TI+ is a Gen. 3 floating core pickleball paddle designed for advanced performance. This paddle requires a break-in period to reach its optimal operating range. Once fully broken in, the J2TI+ enhances all the exceptional qualities of the original J2TI, delivering superior touch, power, and control on the court.

Please note that floating core paddles, including the J2TI+, are considered consumable equipment. Over time, the paddle will move through three distinct phases:

1. Break-in Period: The paddle gradually reaches peak performance.
2. Normal Operating Range: The paddle delivers its best playing characteristics.
3. Breakdown Point: As the paddle nears the end of its lifespan, performance may decline, leading to less desirable playing characteristics.

REFRESH PROGRAM

• Available exclusively for U.S. orders.
• Only applicable to paddles purchased directly from our website or through authorized dealers.
• The Refresh Program becomes available only after the original warranty has expired.
• Customers have a one-time opportunity to purchase refresh paddles, choosing to buy either one or two at that time.
• Refresh purchases must be made within six months of the original purchase date.
• The warranty on refresh paddles is three months from the date of purchase.
• If two refresh paddles are purchased, the maximum warranty period remains three months total from the refresh purchase date.
• The original paddle being refreshed does not need to be returned.
• The Paddle Refresh Program is non-transferable.
• This is an honor-based program, designed to support dedicated players in maintaining their best game.
